Refund policy

At Funky Feet Music, we want you to be happy with your purchase. Please read the information below carefully, as different terms apply to digital and physical products.

Digital Products (Music Downloads and Streaming Access)

Due to the nature of digital content, all digital sales are final once access has been provided.

By purchasing a digital product, you agree that delivery begins immediately and you therefore waive your 14 day cancellation right under the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.

If you experience a technical issue that prevents you from accessing your digital purchase, please contact us within 7 days of purchase. We will work with you to ensure you receive access to the content you paid for. Refunds are not provided for digital products once access has been granted, unless required by law.

Physical Products (CDs, DVDs, Books, Merchandise)

You have the right to cancel your order for physical products within 14 days of receiving your item, without giving a reason.

To be eligible for a refund, items must be returned unused, unopened, and in their original packaging.

Return postage costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty, damaged, or incorrect.

If an item arrives faulty or damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and clear photographs so we can arrange a replacement or refund.

Refunds will be issued once the returned item has been received and inspected.

How to Request a Return or Refund

To request a return, refund, or help with a digital product, please email info@funkyfeetmusic.com with the following information:

  • Your order number

  • A brief description of the issue

  • Photos, if the item is faulty or damaged

We aim to respond within 2 working days with next steps.

Exchanges

We only offer exchanges for physical items that are faulty or damaged. If you believe your item qualifies, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
